Are all your items manufactured in UK?

Yes, every item on Carousel Care is British made.

How long must I wait for delivery?

We work to a maximum of a 7 day turnaround. In most cases we have your products with you much quicker.

What is the cost of delivery?

We only charge extra for delivery if you live outside of UK mainland.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to most countries, however the cost varies depending on the destination countries.  The website will calculate a courier fee for your order, however please do get in touch, as we can certainly look into alternative courier if required.

Do I get a warranty?

We offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty on all our products. The manufacturer warranty covers all / any manufacturer defaults. It does not include wear & tear & neglect. If you have any questions regarding caring for your product then please ask.

How do I pay?

At the checkout you can pay by any major Debit or Credit card, or alternatively by your PayPal account.

Is the site secure?

Yes, we have an 256 BIT SSL Certificate on the site, so your personal information is very secure.

What if I don’t like it?

If you change your mind, you have 28 days from the day of receiving the product to return it to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging & in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I return an item to you?

We understand that sometimes products are bought in error, or you may change your mind.  We’re happy to accept returns, however you are responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to us.
